Popiersie kompozytora z głową w lekkim pochyleniu w prawo i ku dołowi, podobnie jak na łazienkowskim pomniku dłuta Wacława Szymanowskiego. Na podcięciu ramienia napis: „Fr. Chopin”. Z tyłu sygnatura: „Ludwika / Kraskowska Nitschowa / 1963”.
