One of the banknote with stamp: Управление Китайского Торгового Общества

On the second banknot handwritten inscription in polish language "1 Sierpnia 1900 r. Chińskie papierowe pieniądze - znalezione po zdobyciu m. Hajczenu". 

The translation of the inscription is: "1th August 1900. Chinese paper money - found after conquering the city Haicheng"

In the year 1900 Poland was under Russia, as a part of Russian Empire and Polish citizens served in the Russian army so this explains a Polish inscription on the banknote.
