Niemcy, lata 20-30. XX w.
Figurka żerującego bażanta. Podstawa owalna, z sygnaturą: „Prof. Poertzel”.
W swojej twórczości Otto Poertzel chętnie podejmował - oprócz motywów animalistycznych - tematykę sportową: postacie akrobatów, cyrkowców, gimnastyków, ale też ludzi przy pracy.
Często posługiwał się modną od początku XX w. techniką łączenia metalu i kości.
