Petrus Kaerius Map of Poland Amsterdam c.1590

Hand-colored. In cardboard frame with passe-partout. Approximate scale, linear scale: "Milica Germanica".

Chalcography -colored handmade, general-geographic map.

The map was probably made by P. Kaerius, but the name is missing in the above-mentioned copy.

In the upper right corner number 335, above the frame, inscription "Poloigne". On the reverse, the text: "Description de Poloinge", covered by a frame - you can see it  through the map. A copy of the text stuck on the back of the map. Described sides of the world: Septentrio, Oriens, Occidens, Meridies.

Frame: cardboard, passe-partout.

Condition of the item is very good.

Dimensions: 10.7 x 14 cm in passe-partout size.
