Officer's saber produced by the factory of A. Mann of Warsaw.
On the hood dedication: To the Dear Commander in honor and in memory of the Officer Corps of the 10th Bryg. Kaw. in May 1927. On the moustache engraved on one side the monogram of Colonel Wlodzimierz Tyszkiewicz under the crown, on the other side the date 31.V.1927.
The saber was made to the order of the Corps as a gift for the regimental commander on the day of his retirement from service.
The steel head, nickel-plated, with both sides of the hilt ground.
At the base of the head the signature A.MANN/WARZAWA. Included is the expert opinion of forensic expert Dr. Włodzimierz Kwaśniewicz.
A one-of-a-kind, museum-quality item, definitely worth recommending to the best collections of Polish white arms.
