In 1949, she graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Gdynia. Her first teacher for painting was Prof. Jasielski, for drawing - Zygmunt Karolak, and for sculpture - Adam Smolana. In 1949-54 she studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Gdansk. She received her diploma in the studio of Krystyna Lada-Studnicka. From 1954 to 1986, she was a teacher at the State High School of Arts in Gdynia-Orlovo, where she taught painting and drawing. She paints portraits, landscapes, flowers and nudes. Undoubtedly, there are strong echoes of the post-impressionist masters of French art in her paintings. She operates with a darkened range of colors. She breaks them down into small elements from which the outline emerges, and here she clearly refers to her professor. However, he remains himself and does not try to reinvent painting.
