In the form of an elongated trough, rounded at the ends, decorated with Art Nouveau female masks - Medusa heads. On the longer sides, inscriptions advertising the factory's products: 1/ "Sp. Akc. NORBLIN, BR. BUCH and T. WERNER WARSAW"; 2/ "PLATERS, COPPER AND BRASSWORK DRIVES, BLACHES, BARS, PIPES. RIFLE AMMUNITION".
