Ehrenzeichen für Verdienste um das Rote Kreuz, Offizierskreuz mit Kriegsdekoration. Established on 17.8.1914 by the Emperor Franz Joseph I. to 50th Anniversary of Geneva Convention. Awarded for peace and wartime merits to the Red Cross (the last one with so called War Decoration as oak leaves and laurel wreath). Officers Cross instituted 1915.

Version with War Decoration. Back mark GAS for the manufacturer G.A. Scheid, Wien (Vienna).
