Round token minted in silver, on the obverse one can see a cross in the form of the Order of Virtuti Militari. The reverse is stylized, at the edge of the medal one can see a wreath of laurel branches, covering a square with an inscription, (Zasłużonym Na Polu Chwały 1944 ). The medal on a ribbon with vertical black and blue stripes.Diameter 40 mm. Overall condition as seen in photos, natural patina.
