Badge of the 2nd Warsaw Armored Division framed on a metal sign as a car badge for a fender. Probably so used by a veteran of the unit.
The signboard was made by the J.R Gaunt company of London. The background colors are green and red with a white stripe, probably a reference to the colors of the artillery units of the 2nd Warsaw Armored Division.
One-piece badge, die-minted. The badge is depicted in the form of a cavalry stirrup with a tank inscribed at the bottom. In the upper part of the stirrup at the bail an inscribed numeral ( 2).Reverse of the badge plain without a slight counter, in the middle a mounting post, secondary nut. Badge covered with varnish.
