Awarded to persons who were not directly involved in the fight, but have rendered outstanding services to the state in wartime. Back manufacturers mark FR (Friedrich Rothe & Neffe) and controll stamps (A).
Silver gilded and enameled, enamel intact, no damagaes. Pinset complete and working. Very nice condition. In original red case.
