Top Pop: this is the finest graded example! Alphabet K.28 - number 866, the paper is very fresh and beautiful colors for this very rare bill in this state of preservation, which deserves the EPQ mention as the bill still shows its embossing and is not flattened. Note the portrait of a West Indian fisherman on the left side of the front of the bill and the overprint "contre-valeur de 10 nouveaux francs" in red on the watermark on the right side. Only around twenty examples referenced in the PMG population database (the vast majority of which are below PMG 30), none referenced in the population database between PMG 40 and PMG 63.
