This is the second highest grade! Alphabet U.671 - 995. This bill is also known as the "Cabasson" type, after the French designer of this bill. Signed Mignot and Marsaud. Note that the banknote paper is still fresh, as the folds are still clearly visible. Only 5 examples referenced for the type in the PMG population database (Top pop: PMG 30).
