Repaired at left border in a very old fashioned way that nowadays is hardly seen on the banknote market. Paper is unnaturally firm, most likely starched. Colours are dull, especially on back, while the dry stamp on front is barely visible due to pressing and starching. Still relatively acceptable look, rare in any condition.
