Top Pop: the only and finest graded copy! Series 2 - number 09896, printed in green and yellow by Thomas De La Rue in London. This type is exceptional for its very high "500 livres" face value, which has never been found before. The front features a view of the Gök Madrasa in Sivas on the left side of the banknote, and a portrait of President Atatürk on the right. The reverse features a view of the city of Sivas in the center. There are no other examples referenced in the PMG population database and no auction records for this type.
