This is the second highest grade! Alphabet K/2 - number 0679627, with the portrait of King Carol II on the left side of the bill. The reverse features Pèles Castle in the center of the bill. A rare and sought-after type, especially in high quality. Only around twenty examples are referenced in the PMG population database (only one other known example in PMG 65 EPQ and Top Pop: 2 examples in PMG 66 EPQ).
