Voucher with a beautiful dry stamp of the Ministry of Treasury and handwritten signature of Minister Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski.
Stamped interest table on the reverse side: interest of 4.25% per annum was payable semiannually as of 01.10.1937 according to the plan set by the Minister of Treasury (according to Kurek "State Short-Term Debt Paper from the Polish Lands", Poznań 2019, p. 103).
All vouchers that have appeared on the collectors' market in the last few years come from a single source.
They all have staple marks.
