Illustrator Wladyslaw Czarnecki - Illustrator of scouting publications in the 1930s and 1940s, initiator of the creation of the International Brotherhood of artist scouts during the 1933 Jamboree in Gödöllő. Collaborator of the Scout Publishing Office "Na Tropie" and the "Godziemba" Publishing House, author of covers, vignettes, illustrations in books and magazines, designs for postcards, posters, diplomas, ID cards (e.g., pre-war Scout ID card), badges (e.g., Scout badge).
During World War II, he illustrated the underground press and conducted radio listening. Displaced from Warsaw, he settled in Daleszyce.
After liberation, he returned to Warsaw and volunteered to work at the ZHP Headquarters. In 1946 he was an instructor of the Scouting Center in Osowiec near Grodzisk Mazowiecki. In the 1960s and 1970s, he was associated with the ZHP Warsaw-Mokotów Grey Regiments Scout Troop. He received the honorary title of Scout Fleet Builder.
