Stan dobry. Podręcznik medyczny. Autor (1771-1818), franc. fizjolog, pediatra. Prof. w École de Médicine w Paryżu, członek Institut de France. Rząd franc. powierzał mu wiele misji badawczych. Prowadził pionierskie ekspe­rymenty elektromedyczne. Autor wielu prac medycznych. Opisał m.in. objawy związane z albuminemią i sztyw­nością zwłok.
