Anna Malicka-Zamorska. Graduated from the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Academy of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in Wroclaw in 1965. She is one of the world's best known and highly regarded visual artists. Scholarship holder of universities: GIAE, Churchill, Victoria, Australia; Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa, USA; Academy of the Arts, Reykjavik, Iceland. She has participated in international creative symposiums, competitions and in more than 200 exhibitions at home and abroad.
Works in museum collections throughout Europe, the Americas, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. Member of the International Academy of Ceramics IAC, based in Geneva/Switzerland, since 1974. From 1977 to 2008 she chaired the International Ceramics Symposium "Porcelain Differently". Numerous awards in Poland and abroad.
