Horseware mug, enameled, with geometric decoration with motifs of a two-color braid on a white background; among the ornament, a circular reserve with an image of a black, two-headed eagle under a crown and a polygonal cartouche with the initials of Tsar Nicholas II and his wife Alexandra under a crown, with the date 1896 in an oval below.
The mugs were distributed to commemorate the coronation of Tsar Nicholas II and his wife, which took place on May 26 (14), 1896 at the Uspensky Cathedral in the Kremlin.
