A nice, slightly deficient piece of the penultimate vintage of the John Casimir orts.
Very rare variety with REE error instead of REX.
Obverse: Bust of John Casimir Vasa facing right in plate armor with lace lined collar. Foliate epaulet with buttons and rivets. Four-breasted crown with jewels. On the king's chest the Order of the Golden Fleece suspended from an ornamental chain. The folds of the cloak are visible on the shoulder and chest. Under the shoulder the letters TLB, the initials of Titus Livius Boratini, lessee of the Bydgoszcz mint. Under the bust, a Slepowron in a shield, the coat of arms of the Grand Treasurer of the Crown Jan Kazimierz Krasinski, in the rim the legend:

Reverse: crowned with a crown of jewels in a closed rim, with 5 fleurons, a five-field shield with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the coat of arms of the Snopes of the Vasa dynasty, on the sides of the shield labrys and the denomination marking 1-8, in the rim the legend punctuated by the coat of arms of the Wieniawa Grand Crown Treasurer Boguslaw Leszczynski:
