Rare and desirable dated consular obverse legend (CONS IIII). This coin is part of the coded Eqviti series (see second letter "I" in right field, which is the sixth letter of the EQVITI word struck by sixth officina).
Virtually as struck with full original silvering and stunning details. Very rare in such an exceptional state of preservation.
Obverse: IMP C PROBVS AVG CONS IIII
Reverse: SECVRIT PERP = Securitas standing left, leaning on column, legs crossed, hand raised to head.
BUST TYPE: H2 = Radiate bust left in imperial mantle, holding eagle-tipped sceptre (scipio)
