Obverse: bare head right

AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII F COS

Reverse: Iuventas standing left, dropping incense on candelabrum and holding patera

Coins with this type of reverse were minted to commemorate the important day when Aurelius beard was first shaved, hair cut in accordance with the tradition dedicated to the goddess Iuventas.
