Obverse: In the pearl rim a crowned royal monogram with the Snopes coat of arms in the shield, on its sides the date 16-16, in the rim the legend:

Reverse: in the pearl rim crowned shields with the coats of arms of the Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, in the rim a legend punctuated by the Bogoria coat of arms, ending with a clover:
