Decorative diploma awarded to the donors to the new Teachers' Sanatorium on the Ciągłówka Street in Zakopane, built in 1924-1926 from the contributions of Polish teachers, who from 1923 taxed themselves 1% of their salaries for this purpose. The text of the diploma is framed by a wide, multicolored bordering of drawings by Michal Rzepecki, using floral motifs typical of Podhale folk art. In its upper part, in a heart-shaped oval, there is no illustration (later a photograph of the Sanatorium building was incorporated, and at the bottom also in a decorative cartouche a panoramic photograph of Giewont). In the mock-up at the bottom is a photo of the Sanatorium.
