Legitimation No. 152056 issued on January 1, 1933 for Ignacy Rokosz, with the rank of captain adm. - sanit. Cadre of Health Service Officers, in the position of Quartermaster of the 5th District Hospital in Cracow (now the 5th Military Clinical Hospital with Polyclinic in Cracow). The document contains a list of the owner's orders and decorations, as well as notes extending the validity of the card until December 31, 1939, along with ink stamps of successive Hospital Commanders. Dimensions: 11.7x7 cm. State of preservation: pages loose, with dirt and tears, damage to the cover. 2) Metal immortal of Captain Ignacy W. Rokosz, contains name, rank and date of birth. Letters stamped on an oval plaque. Dimensions: 5x4 cm. 3) Certificates, dated February 14, 1947, of stay in internment camps in Hungary and prisoner of war camps in Germany, with ink stamp of the Head of the Health Service Department. Document in two pieces - original and copy. 30x21.1 cm. State of preservation: traces of folding into four, edge tears. 4) Three personal cards from prisoner of war camps, German language. 2 x XVII.a. in Kaisersteinbruch. Dimensions: 15x21 cm. State of preservation - folds and stains of paper. 5) Metal immortal with the number of a prisoner of the prisoner of war camp XVII.a. in Kaisersteinbruch, No. 175.471. Tin with stamped letters. Dimensions: 4x6 cm. 6) Certificates in Hungarian from the Ipolypaszto internment camp - 2 pieces. Dated June 6, 1942, on paper ink stamp of Ipolypaszto camp. Dimensions: 15x21 cm.
