Andrzej Szadkowski ur. 6 X 1958 r. w Lęborku. Studia na Wydziale Malarstwa i Grafiki w PWSSP w Gdańsku. Dyplom uzyskał w 1983 r. w pracowni prof. Jerzego Krechowicza.  Twórczość w dziedzinach: malarstwo, rysunek, plakat, grafika użytkowa. Przez wiele lat pełnił funkcję dyrektora galerii EL w Elblągu.
