NICOLAUS Copernicus.
Miedzioryt form. 16,9x13,8 na ark. 29,7x20,6 cm (w świetle passe-partout). Płytę rytował M. Deyerl według obrazu "Portret astronoma" włoskiego malarza renesansowego Marco Basaitiego (1470-1530) z 1512. Rycinę odbito ok. 1850 opatrując ją sygnaturą wydawcy: "Verlag der Künst.-Anstalt des Gestr. Lloyd in Triest". Astronom patrzący przez lewe ramię na wprost, stojący przy pulpicie, ze sferą armilarną i cyrklem w dłoniach. Rycina obwiedziona cienką podwójną ramką liniową. Niewielkie zaplamienia. Tablica zaklejona we wsp. passe-partout.
