With straight sides and front with three drawers on each side and a recessed arcade closed with a single leaf, supported on four S-shaped legs, between which an openwork apron.
All veneered, lined with rhomboidal cubes and inlaid in ribbons. The faces of the drawers and doors decorated with fields inlaid with landscape stone (Italian: pietra paesina), framed by a border of cream and black ribbon. In the center of the cabinet, on the bottom a tray with six drawers in two vertical rows.
The form of the chest of drawers with divisions typical of cabinets or sacristy cabinets in the middle closed with a single door (with tabernacle). It is possible that this piece of furniture was once intended to be set on a table or commode base. The landscape stone used for decoration is a typically Italian way of decorating furniture, this type of decoration was fashionable from the 16th century to the 19th century.
