Polska, 1894
Pośrodku kartusz z nałożonym Orłem w koronie, nad nim krakuska. Tło stanowi poziomo ułożona lufa armatnia oraz sztandar skrzyżowany z drzewcem kosy oprawionej na sztorc. Zapięcie agrafowe, ze szpilką.
Zapewne pamiątkowy wyrób w setną rocznicę Insurekcji Kościuszkowskiej. Podobna galanteria upamiętniała też w 1916 - 122 rocznicę bitwy pod Racławicami.
