Przybyszewski's trilogy of novels first published between 1911 and 1913. Includes: vols. 1-2: A Strong Man, vols. 3-4: Liberation, vols. 5-6: The Holy Grove. C. Lechicki (in his 1935 Guide to Fiction) wrote of Przybyszewski's visions: "they mark [them] as a psychopathological symptom, infallible for sexual paranoia. Przybyszewski was a sick man who should have been secluded, not criticized [...]. Przybyszewski's entire oeuvre [...] should go to the index, as ruthlessly decaying literature for anyone who does not acknowledge the animal origin of man. Darwinists will not be harmed."
