Exceptional Art Nouveau style lamp with Aurene model shade, made in the American atelier Quezal (or Quetzal)*.
Very good condition, the lamp is in working order, the lampshade bears minor signs of the passage of time.

* Atelier Quezal Art Glass and Decorating Company (sometimes spelled Quetzal) was founded in 1901 before two former Tiffany Company employees Martin Bach and Thomas Johnson. The name refers to an intensely colorful bird from Central America and alludes to the colorful designs of the company, whose creators drew on their experience at Tiffany. The company existed from 1901 to 1924.
