Lot description

engraving and etching, 54.5 x 63.5 cm. Part of a large map published by the heirs of Johann Baptist Homann, depicting the course of the Po river in Lombardy, taken from Atlas compendiarius.

Printed on two joined sheets of laid paper. Sheet with light oxidation and some short tears restored on the reverse. Overall in good condition.
