Rv. REGENERATION OF OSMAN'S EMPIRE BY ABDUL-MEDJID. Trophée d'armes, with the Edict of Tanzimat, Mahmoud's cuirass, Mustafa Cupruli's chain mail, Soliman's cannon and Mohammed II's flags. Above, radiant Tughra. Rim decorated with cartouches alternating with cartouches with Abdul Mejid's political program.
