II RP Eucharistic Congress medal, Poznań 1930 (J.Wysocki)

Very rare Mint medal made according to the design of J. Wysocki, on the obverse one can see the Poznań Cathedral and an inscription ( 1st National Eucharistic Congress in Poznań - Poznań 26 - 29 VI 1930 ). On the reverse Christ giving communion to a child, in the rim an inscription: I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE JAN-VI-48.
