Kennedy shown in the side profile with a view to the left. Below the neck is the medal with the initials "F.B." signed by the medalist Prof. Breitholz. In the semicircular transcription the name "John-F. Kennedy" as well as his official title "President U.S.A." listed. Reverse: Five lines of text are embossed on the back of the medal these contain the motto "We all lost him" the word "him" being particularly emphasized as well as the date of the attack on "November 22. 1963". Below the text are a palm branch and a Christian cross as symbols of mourning. Below that is the fineness of the metal alloy used for the "900" medal for gold. Scratches. Gold. 20 mm. 3.48g.
