Visual artist working in printmaking and painting. Her work is characterized by the power of juxtaposed colors. The subject matter that is often taken up by her is landscape. The representations are usually simple in form. There are a few elements in the paintings, which are given on a spare landscape. The artist is inspired by nature, both wild and more domesticated in an urban environment. Her paintings are a kind of synthesis of associations, which often only seemingly hooked on absurdity. The paintings are an interpretation of events and emotions that the artist observes in everyday life, giving it the appropriate weight. Presenting wild animals against the backdrop of commonplace landscapes refers to the simplest question that accompanies the artist: why yes or why no? It is an attempt to understand and explain phenomena that are not solvable by a single blurb or sentence.
