Biography
In 1969 he received his diploma from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, in the studio of Aleksander Kobzdej. A year later, he founded the Warsaw group "Aut", whose program was: "Polish style, Polish figuration, Polish exoticism". In 1992 he became the rector of the private European Academy of Arts in Warsaw. Antoni Fałat often uses family photographs, which serve him as models for his paintings, which are also dominated by "photographic" colors (black, white, gray) sometimes enriched with green or ultramarine. A large part of his works is thematically related to Polish reality: the series "Polish Portraits", "Poland of the Pharaohs".
