Biography
The artist graduated in 1988 from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, in the studio of Prof. Stefan Gierowski. She defended an annex in graphic design in the studio of Prof. Halina Chrostowska. She has participated in many group exhibitions, her works belong to private collections located in Poland, France, Holland, Hong-Kong, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, USA, Canada, South Korea, Austria, New Zealand and Great Britain, among others. Beata Murawska paints flowers most often. Among flowers, she is most fond of tulips and fields of colorful tulips. She composes them in harmony with colorful tones. She juxtaposes colors together like a musician, so that there are no color dissonances in the painting. The harmony of the painting is most important to her.
