Czeslaw Romanowski, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Katowice Department of Graphics. Recipient of a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and Art in 1995. SPATIF scholarship in 2008. He has participated in more than fifty group exhibitions and competitions and is the author of more than thirty solo exhibitions. He practices painting, drawing and graphic design. Since 2008, he has been president of the AKWE (Artistic Creation of Common Europe) Association.
