Damian Wojnowski Born in 1972 in Czestochowa By education glass decorator , musician, occupational therapist. For years he has been consumed by his passion for painting and love of drawing. On a daily basis, he conducts classes with the elderly and mentally disabled, which are based on art therapy. Through sculpture, painting, dance, music or singing, therapy participants open access to their inner self: emotions, needs and fears. In addition, she conducts creativity workshops for children, adolescents and adults releasing their creativity and awakening their passion to create. As she says about herself; through her works she expresses herself - her own emotions, sensations or moods, thus showing her own vision of reality combined with a large dose of fantasy. In his paintings he tries to reflect the interpenetration of worlds, render the color and space of fantasy and dreams. It is also an attempt to capture the mood of the moment, stopping time for a moment and giving ordinary activities and things an element of magic. The world of his works is full of extremes. On the one hand, fairy-tale, oneiric scenery on the other, real reality, which is not always idyllic. All this intermingles in different proportions, building the atmosphere of the painting and its mood. Since 2015 he is a member of the Silesian Faun Art Association where he successfully pursues his passion, participating in numerous group and individual exhibitions. A number of his works are in private collections both at home and abroad.
