Hanna Zawa-Cywinska's art is the result of her personal experiences and experiences.
From 1967 to 1994, when she lived in the United States, she studied
graphic design at the Fashion Institute of Technology NYC. It was then that she created
her first compositions with an outstretched spiral cable. This formal two-layer
of the work has accompanied the artist in subsequent years. In the foreground
foreground stands out often geometric, rigorous structure, giving an
impression of bubbling (lava), underneath, however, one can see the original
layer of the painting developed in an often more delicate way than the dominant
foreground. Hanna Zawa-Cywińska works in cycles that include.
such as Menhirs, Stones, Calendars, Tables, or the Fantazy series, in which the artist
uses a free line abandoning for a while the geometric
language of artistic expression.
