Painter, photographer and video artist, also known outside Poland. Studied architecture at the Gdansk University of Technology and painting at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Gdansk. He usually creates large-format abstract compositions, using geometric motifs and op-art achievements. In his work, he combines painting with photography, video and sound. He is the recipient of the Arts Link Foundation's New York Prize (2002). His works are in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw and the Museum of Art in Lodz, among others.
