Kamil Jakuza JACZYÑSKI (b. 1981, Warsaw) Visual artist, professionally associated with the music industry. Lives and works in Warsaw's Praga district. Lecturer and specialist in public relations and music marketing. Member of the Phonographic Academy, the Association of Polish Artists "Polish Applied Arts" and the Association of Audio Video Producers.His artistic work is broadly defined neo-expressionism created using mixed techniques. Mostly using acrylic paints and inks, although spray paint, markers and collage also appear. The subject matter of the works is mostly a study of a human being subjected to various characteristic deformations. It is a colorful kaleidoscope of emotions and characters resulting from everyday observations transferred to paper and canvas. In his paintings he often comments on current events and at the same time alludes to science fiction films and books, especially those of a dystopian nature. Clear artistic inspirations include such artists as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Karel Appel, Georg Baselitz and Shalom Neuman Thomas. Kamil Jaczynski was the author of the graphic design of the 9th edition of the "Media and Art" festival in Darlowo where he additionally presented 180 selected works at a solo exhibition and created a live mural. He has also created music album covers for, among others, the Eskaubei & Tomasz Nowak Quartet album "Sweet Spot" released by the Polish Jazz Foundation and the Musical Tyrmand project by the same artists. He is also the author of the graphic design of Jano's album "Hypnosis" . He has presented his works at many solo and group exhibitions, including at the international reviews of modern art "Kiodgresy" and "3x50". The artist's works also appear at auctions and exhibitions of various galleries. His works have been published in foreign magazines: Sapho Graf from Chile, Diafano Mag from Spain, and are increasingly going to private collectors not only in Poland, but also abroad.
