Biography
From 1953-58 he studied at the Musashino Academy of Fine Arts in Tokyo (graduating in 1958) in the studio of professors Saburo Aso and Choonan Yamaguchi. In 1959 he came to Poland and began studying at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (graduated in 1966) in the studio of Prof. Artur Nacht-Samborski. Winner of the C. K. Norwid Criticism Award (1975). Since 1967 he has cooperated with the Foksal Gallery in Warsaw. He lives and works in Warsaw.
