Actor, graphic artist, painter Graduated from the Kenar High School of Fine Arts in Zakopane and the High School of Fine Arts in Cracow. Then studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. A student of Mieczyslaw Wejman.
He was one of the first authors and actors of the cabaret Piwnica pod Baranami from 1956, he also worked with the Strong Group Under the Call from 1972-1977. He appeared in both screen adaptations of the novel Lalka by Bolesław Prus(1968 feature film and 1977 TV series), playing various roles. Roles in the Television Theater - The Doorkeeper in Shakespeare's "Macbeth", directed by A. Wajda (1969), Pachol, Korydon, Turoń in L. Schiller's "Pastoral", directed by S. Szlachtycz (1979). He was also involved in painting and song composition. He painted watercolors and made prints, including 44 for the book "...still dancing gardens".
