Magdalena Kłys
Temple Of Silence from the series Melodies Of Souls, Music Of The Universe, 2022.
Own technique on canvas, 50 x 70 cm
Contemporary Polish painter from Poznań. A representative of the abstract expressionism trend, approaching informel painting in style. In addition, many of her works are also spiritual messages from multidimensional spaces, manifested both in the structure and palette of colors used for these messages.
Sensual, as well as extrasensory explorations of the Universe led her to find her own techniques that she uses to express her work. Her works are multifaceted, from the materials she uses to achieve the right structure, to the techniques she uses, to the depth of the message with its emotional and energetic charge.
Most of her works are in private collections at home and abroad, including Russia and the US, UK, Italy. She permanently cooperates with galleries in Spain and Italy. She has participated in international group exhibitions [Hungary, Italy, Spain, UK]. She is one of the winners of the "Artists Of Today And Tomorrow 2" project, awarded with publication in an album presented at the European Parliament [Roma, 2021]. She is also a finalist in the Malamega Lab18 artists' competition [Venezia, 2021], and a winner of the 8th Itsliquid International Contest [Italy]. She also received the Luxembourg Pinacotheque Museum's "Your talent is precious and should be recognized" certificate in 2021.
This year, her paintings will be featured in several exhibitions, including in Lisbon, Madrid, Berlin, Parma, Milan, and California USA.
She is inspired by Life in its many aspects. She perceives post-sensually and tries to capture this in her works. She often uses a signature of sorts, it is a golden color symbolizing divine energy. The gold color like a seal confirms the sublimity of the messages coming from the works.
She loves people in their natural beauty. She loves travel, its diversity and the color it brings with it. She uses the gifts of nature and the potentials that she energetically extracts from old and seemingly unnecessary objects, such as postcards, cards and books. She loves to experience structure and influence in the energy of patterns. She draws inspiration from everything that deeply touches and moves her Being.
