Miriam Tajcher was born in 1984 in Warsaw under the name Małgosia Malinowska.
She studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and at the Academia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan. In 2009 she received her Master of Fine Arts degree with Rector's Distinction and Prof. Józef Szajna's award.
In 2010, she completed postgraduate studies in the Art & Design program at Central Saint Martins College in London. Thanks to a scholarship at The National Academy School in New York, she traveled to the US, where she completed The Studio Art Intensive Program. Her final exhibition recognized as the best in 2016 won her a residency at La Napoule Art Foundation in France.
She has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe and overseas. She was a participant in the famous Creative Mischief exhibition series at The National Academy Museum in New York.
Her paintings are in private collections in New York, San Paulo, Canberra, London, Milan, Brussels, Warsaw and many others.
