Biography
Studied at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Graduated from Prof. Wieslaw Szamborski's easel painting studio and Prof. Miroslaw Duchowski's Studio of Art in Public Space in 2000, winning the rector's honorable mention. He graduated from the Pedagogical College of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts and has been a nominated teacher since 2009. In 2014 he received a doctorate in fine arts, specializing in fine arts. Often invited to national and international reviews, including: at the 20th Festival of Polish Contemporary Painting, at the Castle of Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin (2004), he won the West Pomeranian Governor's Award, at the 2nd Warsaw Festival of Fine Arts (2006) he won 3rd prize. In 2006, he participated in the events: "Warsaw in Sofia" and "Warsaw in Berlin. Contemporary Polish Painting," the 4th International Art Biennial in Costa Rica "Man + Woman = Creation" and "New Tendencies in Polish Painting" at the BWA City Gallery in Bydgoszcz. In 2007, his works could be seen at the Biennale of Painting "Bielska Jesień" at the BWA there and at the 1st International Biennale of Painting "Quadro - art 2007" in Lodz. In 2007 he received the annual award of the quarterly "EXIT - new art in Poland" and was a scholarship recipient of the Fund for Promotion of Creativity of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. In 2008 he participated in the "Fish Eye 5" Biennial of Young Art at the Baltic Gallery of Contemporary Art in Slupsk. In 2009 decorated by the Minister of Culture Bogdan Zdrojewski with the honorary badge "Meritorious for Polish Culture". - for his achievements in art education and his own work as a painter.
From 1997 to 2000, he was an assistant at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw; Professor Marek Wyrzykowski's drawing studio. Then, until 2003, an assistant at the parent department. From 2003 to the present a teacher of drawing and painting at the State Artistic Center "Nowolipki" in Warsaw. Since 2005, instructor of drawing and painting at the Arts Warehouse - a branch of the Ochota Culture Center in Warsaw. Since 2009, academic teacher - Faculty of New Media Art at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology in Warsaw (now the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology).
